Terms and Conditions:

Gift Vouchers can only be used for Clip ‘n Climb Edmonton.
Gift Vouchers do not expire but may become inactive after a 2 year period. Please try to redeem this Gift Voucher within this time frame.
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with Gift Vouchers.
Emailed Gift Vouchers are offered free delivery to the email address provided at point of purchase. There are additional costs associated with provision of a mailed/posted gift card should you select a postal option. These costs are added to the purchase and shall be paid at the point of purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a mailed/posted gift card.
Services at Clip ‘n Climb Edmonton must be pre-booked. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed via the online booking system and only one Gift Voucher can be redeemed in one online transaction.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable to the purchaser unless within a 48-hour cancellation period from the time of purchase.
Gift Vouchers can be used for part or full payment of services. If the service cost exceeds the amount of the voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit card, at the point of booking.
Only one Gift Voucher can be redeemed per booking. If you have several Gift Vouchers, separate bookings need to be made.
Clip ‘n Climb Edmonton does not guarantee that spaces will be available on any particular day/session. Spaces are only secured once services are booked and paid, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, but should be treated like cash.
Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event that services are cancelled by Clip ‘n Climb Edmonton, the voucher shall be credited back. In the event that the Gift Voucher holder must cancel their services at Clip ‘n Climb Edmonton, the services can either be rescheduled to a new date/time or the Gift Voucher can be credited back.
